Een service-level agreement is een overeenkomst tussen jou (serviceprovider en MoreApp Partner) en jouw klanten waarin bepaalde aspecten van de service, zoals kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid en verantwoordelijkheden, worden beschreven. Deze overeenkomst dient onder meer het volgende te omvatten:
(a.) that Partner has the right to transfer its rights and obligations to third parties including MoreApp without the prior consent of the End-user;
(b.) that End-user is liable to Partner for all damages resulting from the breach by End-user of the agreement entered into with Partner and/or the End-user Agreement and/or from activities of third parties engaged by End-user;
(c.) that Partner is liable to the End-user for all damages resulting from the breach by Partner of the service agreement entered into with the End-user and/or from activities of third parties engaged by Partner.
