1. Submit a ticket
If you want an overview of your tickets, you first have to ask the MoreApp support team if they can send you an activation email. Create a Ticket and send a request to send you an activation mail.
2. Activate your Account
When you have created a ticket, you will receive the activation email within 2 working days.
Open the email and click on the Link. Enter your Name and Enter a password. When you’re done, hit Activate and Log in.
3. View your Tickets in an Overview
When you have successfully activated your account, you can go to the MoreApp Help Center. Click Check ticket status in the top right corner to view your Open and Pending tickets.
