What obligations do I have as a Solution Partner?

As a Solution Partner, you need to:

  • Help your customers by providing first-line support. This means, helping them with questions related to the forms and the use of the tool. If Technical issues arise, we will be the ones helping you out.
  • Have a Service Agreement signed with your customer. It’s the Partner’s responsibility to ensure that this agreement is signed with the client.
